Function Introduction: Used for temperature control of industrial equipment and mid-range production equipment for lithium/titanium batteries. The temperature control board uses PID algorithms and fuzzy control algorithms for temperature control with silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) outputs.
Equipment Temperature Control :The battery temperature control circuit and electronic device include a switching circuit, a temperature-voltage conversion circuit, a main controller, and an adapter controller. The temperature-voltage conversion circuit consists of a first voltage divider circuit, a second voltage divider circuit, and a thermistor circuit. The switching circuit connects either the first voltage divider circuit or the second voltage divider circuit to the thermistor circuit. The temperature-voltage conversion circuit acquires temperature information from the battery and converts this information into voltage data.
Equipment Temperature Control :It collects voltage information from the temperature-voltage conversion circuit during battery charging and outputs control signals. It receives control signals during battery charging to control battery temperature, and it also collects voltage information from the temperature-voltage conversion circuit when the battery is not charging to control the battery temperature. This dual control during charging and non-charging times enhances the battery's safety and stability.
