Incoming Quality Control

First Article Inspection

Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI)

Automatic X-ray Inspection

For circuit boards using BGA packages or requiring sealing, the first product after production needs to undergo X-ray inspection.
X-ray images can display the thickness, shape, quality, and density of solder joints.
These specific indicators can fully reflect the welding quality of solder joints, including open circuits, short circuits, hole copper, internal bubbles, insufficient tin, etc., and can be quantitatively analyzed.

Burn-in Testing

The main purpose of burn-in testing is to simulate the daily usage environment of the product through the combined effects of high temperature, low temperature, high and low temperature changes, and electrical power, exposing defects in PCBA, such as poor soldering, component parameter mismatches, and debugging processes. Burn-in testing can eliminate and improve defects in PCBA, stabilizing parameters for defect-free PCBA boards.

Functional Testing

FCT functional testing is suitable for more complex products that require the use of fixtures combined with test instruments and software to simulate actual usage functions or product specifications to determine PCBA quality. This testing method can be conducted in two ways:

1. For scenarios that cannot be simulated, ICT can test the actual specifications of the circuit to determine if the materials and processing processes meet the design requirements.
2. For scenarios that can be simulated, direct power supply through fixtures can establish conduction, then run test steps and set specifications through software to determine if the PCBA meets the requirements.
