PCBA is used to receive all sensor information from the entire vehicle and process it.  It collects real-time data and communicates with the ECU to provide real-time feedback of the vehicle's surroundings to the ECU, which ultimately controls the vehicle.

SHC Electronics Limited was founded in 2009 as a high-tech enterprise, specializing in the manufacturing of intelligent controller PCBA, as well as the research, design, and production of intelligent products. From the research and development stage to prototyping, small to medium-scale production, and mass production, we provide corresponding manufacturing solutions.

During the product design stage: we can assist with material selection and assist with DFX design, assist with designing the original schematic diagram and Layout design, and the design of test plans. During the sample verification stage, we can provide 10-day fast prototyping, including PCB manufacture, material procurement, and SMT assembly. During the mass production stage, we can assist with mass procurement cost reduction, assist with capacity ramp-up, throughput yield improvement, process failure analysis, verification of key processes, and verification of process parameters.
